Enmanuel Madera
A former baseball player who couldn’t afford private lessons growing up. Sang plenty of “Country Roads” at West Virginia University while majoring in Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering. Now building the tools to put quality coaching within every athlete’s reach.
Tess Madera
A former swimmer and cross country runner who began her career as an educator, then led marketing and communications for nonprofit organizations. Now shaping how Ballmecca tells its story.

Leveling the Playing Field
LPF tackles the growing challenge of the "pay-to-play" model in athletics. They are a non-profit ensuring access to equipment and opportunity for underserved youth.
Loyola University Maryland
Ballmecca was born in Baltimore, Maryland. We thrived thanks to numerous organizations and individuals at Loyola Maryland, including the Baltiprenuers Accelerator Program, the Engineering Department, Loyola Consulting Group, and Loyola Athletics.
