Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: July 3, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy is part of our Terms of Service and applies to everyone who uses Ballmecca. Because our community includes young athletes, keeping the Services safe is a priority. Your continued use means you accept this Policy.
Prohibited conduct
When using the Services, you must comply with all applicable laws and this Policy. You may not:
- Harass, bully, threaten, defame, or discriminate against any person
- Post or share obscene, sexual, violent, hateful, or otherwise objectionable content
- Share another person's private or personal information without permission, or record or share images of others without their consent
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity, credentials, or affiliation
- Defraud or mislead us or other users, or circumvent fees or transact off-platform to avoid them
- Systematically harvest data or content, or collect usernames or email addresses for unsolicited messages
- Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features, or upload malware or otherwise disrupt the Services
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or to infringe others' intellectual-property rights (see our DMCA policy)
Protecting minors — zero tolerance
We have zero tolerance for the sexual exploitation of, or any harm to, children. You must never:
- Produce, share, request, or solicit child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexual content involving a minor;
- Groom, sexually solicit, or attempt to develop an inappropriate relationship with a minor;
- Solicit or arrange off-platform or in-person contact with a minor, or request a minor's private contact information.
Coaching of minors must take place on the Services. We report apparent child sexual exploitation to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and cooperate with law enforcement.
Reporting and enforcement
You can report a user, message, or content, and block another user, within the Services or by emailing support@ballmecca.com. We review reports and take action we consider appropriate — which may include removing content, and warning, suspending, or terminating accounts. We may act on violations with or without notice and cooperate with law enforcement where appropriate.
