Coaching sessions

Coaching sessions are personalized services delivered by independent coaches, so once a session has been delivered it is generally non-refundable. That said, we want every session to be worthwhile: if you are not satisfied, contact support@ballmecca.com within 7 days of receiving your feedback and we will work with you to make it right — which may include a credit or, at our discretion, a refund. Contacting us within the 7-day window does not guarantee a refund; each request is reviewed on its specific facts.

Coach subscriptions

Coach subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are governed by those stores' billing and refund policies. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings, and any refund requests for those charges are handled by Apple or Google.

Credits

Referral discounts and Coaching Fund credits have no cash value and are non-refundable.
